Childhood and Personal Life

Rangoli Chandel was born in the village called Bhambla in the state of Himachal Pradesh in northern India. Also, her birthdate is on the 2nd of December in the year 1983. Additionally, she was born to a staunch Hindu Rajput family. Her father is Amardeep Ranaut, a very famous businessman in the northern circle. Moreover, her mother is Asha Ranaut, a renowned teacher in a reputed school. Also, she is the elder sister of Bollywood’s superstar actor Kangana Ranaut. Akshat Ranaut is her younger brother as well.

Rangoli accomplished her schooling from the famous D.A.V. Centenary Public School located in the town of Himachal Pradesh called Una. Afterwards, she accomplished her Master’s degree in the field of Microbiology from the famous Uttaranchal College of Science and Technology located in the capital of Uttarakhand, Dehradun.

Additionally, Sarju Singh Ranaut is an ex-MLA or Member of the Legislative Assembly from the constituency of Surajpur. He happens to be the great-grandpa of Rangoli and her siblings. Career

Currently, Rangoli Chandel works as a manager for her younger sister, Kangana Ranaut. She had many other aspirations as well. Unfortunately, a series of events took place in the year 2006 which rattled her and the whole of India. On the 5th of October in the same year, she faced an acid attack from two hooligans namely Prem Singh and Avinash Sharma. This took place in the city of Dehradun itself. Avinash drooled over Rangoli and took Prem along with him to hatch this plot. Besides, they did this heinous crime at Rangoli’s house itself located in a posh colony in Dehradun. Moreover, she suffered from 57 stitches overall.

The whole skin around her thighs ought to be removed at that time. She underwent a rigorous process known as grafting. Also, she faced a dysfunctional breast, lost almost all vision from an eye and faced an ear loss too. How disgraceful a crime! We are all with you, Rangoli! She credits her younger sister Kangana for aiding her throughout this demonic journey. Additionally, she faced a lot of struggle even to eat simple foods.
