Reno 15 Series: Oppo has launched its series of next-generation Reno 15 in India. This time, the company has tried something different by offering four distinct models for different classes of users and budgets. The lineup includes the Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, the newly introduced Reno 15 Pro Mini, and the budget-friendly Reno 15c.
All four smartphones boast a similar premium design utilizing Oppo’s new HaloFusion technology, which provides the back panel with a 3D-like visual effect. Other than that, differences come down to screen size and materials. The Reno 15 sport a 6.59-inch AMOLED display, while the Reno 15 Pro gets a bigger screen at 6.78 inches. The Reno 15c has a slightly smaller screen size of 6.57 inches. Meanwhile, the Reno 15 Pro Mini targets users who love compact phones. The Reno 15, Pro, and Pro Mini sport frames made from aerospace-grade aluminum.
Camera performance is a huge highlight of the Reno 15 series. For instance, the standard Reno 15 comes with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor.
The Pro and Pro Mini series boast an enhanced 200MP primary camera and duo 50MP cameras. The battery of the Reno 15c has an improved 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. All of these handsets sport a 50MP selfie camera, but only the Pro series allows for 4K video recording at 60 frames per second on all cameras simultaneously.
As for their performance, the Reno 15 Pro and Pro Mini come with a MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor. The Reno 15 comes with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, and the Reno 15c comes with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. The battery power varies from 6,200mAh to 7,000mAh with all devices supporting 80W fast charging.
The Reno 15 series starts at Rs 34,999, with sales beginning from January 13, 2025.
