Carrying its June momentum forward, Icon Hotels also lent its presence to one of the country’s most exciting sporting events of the month – the 6th BCAI Arm Wrestling National Championship 2026, held at Nexus Shantiniketan Mall, Bengaluru on June 13, 2026.
The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 400 athletes from across India competing across various weight and age categories, drawing large, electrifying crowds throughout the day.
A standout highlight of this year’s edition was the participation of over 60 female arm wrestlers – the highest-ever women’s participation in an arm wrestling national championship in India – reflecting the sport’s rising popularity and inclusivity nationwide.
Organized by the BCAI (Bodybuilding and Arm Wrestling Federation of India) in association with O3 Events for the sixth consecutive year, the championship was conducted with grandeur, professionalism, and tremendous support from visitors and patrons of Nexus Shantiniketan Mall.
