Hyderabad, (Telangana), [India], September 13, 2024: An engaging interactive session was held at FTCCI on Wednesday evening, bringing together industrialists from various industrial parks for a dialogue with Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Chairman & Managing Director of Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd (TGIIC). The event aimed to address and resolve challenges related to infrastructure and amenities in industrial parks.
Under the leadership of Srinivas Garimella, Chairman of the Industrial Development Committee, the session facilitated a productive exchange between over 150 participants, including industrialists from parks like Kucharam, Pasha Mylaram, Jeedimetla, Bollaram, Patancheru, and Nacharam, as well as representatives from the Nizamabad Chamber of Commerce and TGIIC General Managers.
FTCCI President Suresh Kumar Singhal emphasized the critical role of infrastructure in industrial growth, noting that TGIIC’s efforts in developing industrial parks and land allotments are pivotal for the state’s industrial progress. He underscored the importance of this interaction for entrepreneurs to voice their infrastructure and amenities-related concerns directly.
Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, accompanied by Nikhil Chakravarthi, Executive Director, and Chief General Manager Mr. Vinod, attentively addressed the issues raised by the participants. Dr. Reddy assured that TGIIC would provide full support to resolve these problems and proposed a follow-up meeting in three months to review progress.
He also introduced TGIIC’s new logo, reflecting the principles of being Inclusive, Industry Ready, and Sustainable. Key focus areas moving forward include supporting MSMEs, promoting industrial growth beyond urban areas, and fostering women’s entrepreneurship. Dr. Reddy also mentioned the upcoming announcement of the state’s MSME Policy, recently approved by the cabinet.
Suresh Singhal requested Dr. Reddy’s support in establishing an Industrial Management Skill School as part of the proposed Skill University. Dr. Reddy promised to discuss this proposal with the relevant officials.
The session saw active participation from Ravi Kumar, Senior Vice President; KK Maheshwari, Vice President of FTCCI; and several other leaders, past presidents, and senior management staff.
