Surat (Gujarat) [India]: Tuesday: The Poor Welfare Mela has provided a new direction of self-reliance to numerous families. During the Mela held in Kataragam, Yogeshbhai Chaudhary, a resident of Sanjay Nagar in Limbayat, was granted a loan of ₹20,000 by the Urban Self-Reliant Community Development (USCD) department of Surat Municipal Corporation under the Prime Minister’s Swanidhi Scheme.
