After serving Bengaluru’s athletes and active individuals for a decade, Peak Performance opens its fifth state-of-the-art physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation centre in Bellandur.

Bengaluru,(Karnataka) [India]: Peak Performance Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab, founded by Dr. Yash Pandey and Dr. Dipali Pandey, has announced the opening of its newest and fifth centre in Bellandur, marking another milestone in the organization’s decade-long journey of transforming physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation in India.

Originally from Mumbai, Dr. Yash Pandey and Dr. Dipali Pandey completed their master’s degrees in Injury Management and Sports Rehabilitation abroad before returning to India. Inspired by global standards of physiotherapy care, they were driven by a vision to create a world-class rehabilitation ecosystem that prioritizes long-term health, movement, and performance.

What started as an ambitious vision in 2016 has grown into one of India’s largest physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation organizations. Today, Peak Performance operates five state-of-the-art centres across Bengaluru, including Domlur, Hennur, JP Nagar, Whitefield, and now Bellandur. The organization is powered by a team of more than 140 professionals working across facilities spanning over 4,500 square feet each.

The Bellandur expansion carries a particularly meaningful story for the founders.

Two years ago, the team had actively explored the possibility of opening a centre in Bellandur. Despite extensive efforts, the right location never materialized, leading the organization to focus on Whitefield instead, where its fourth centre was successfully established.

This time, however, circumstances unfolded differently.

As the founders describe it, “We didn’t choose Bellandur; Bellandur chose us.”

A well-wisher introduced the team to a space that aligned perfectly with Peak Performance’s vision. Simultaneously, internal operational data revealed that nearly 18 percent of the organization’s existing clients and athletes were already travelling from Bellandur and surrounding areas to receive care at other Peak Performance centres. Recognizing the growing demand, the leadership team moved swiftly, and the new facility was finalized within a week.

The new Bellandur centre aims to make specialized rehabilitation and performance services more accessible to residents of Bellandur, Sarjapur, Marathahalli, and nearby communities. The facility offers comprehensive services including injury prevention programs, injury management, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, sports massage and recovery, clinical nutrition guidance, and mind coaching.

According to the founders, accessibility has always been a critical component of effective rehabilitation. With five strategically located centres across Bengaluru, Peak Performance continues to reduce barriers to quality care while maintaining its commitment to individualized treatment.

Unlike conventional approaches that often focus solely on symptom relief, Peak Performance emphasizes identifying and treating the root cause of pain and dysfunction. The organization is known for its one-on-one care model, empathetic professionals, warm clinical environment, and long-term focus on sustainable health outcomes rather than temporary fixes.

Over the last decade, the brand has built a strong reputation among athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and active individuals of all ages who seek expert guidance to recover from injuries, enhance performance, and maintain lifelong physical well-being.

“The opening of our Bellandur centre represents more than just growth,” say the founders. “It reflects the trust our clients have placed in us over the years and our commitment to bringing world-class physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation closer to the communities that need it.”

As Peak Performance enters its next phase of growth, the Bellandur centre reinforces the organization’s mission of helping people move better, recover stronger, and perform at their highest potential.
