Vaibhav Suryavanshi Century: Star Indian batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi gave a phenomenal performance in the first match of the U19 Asia Cup 2025 against UAE. While opening for the team, Suryavanshi made a stunning century in no more than 56 balls, scoring 12 sixes and five fours, thus leaving the bowlers of UAE in a big trouble. Vaibhav, however, had to deal with the early departure of his partner Ayush Mhatre who was dismissed for just 4 runs but still took the charge of the innings and played it aggressively throughout. There also happened to be a lucky drop at 90 runs in his innings after which he continued his onslaught to eventually reach the century.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi is well known for his explosive batting which has made him a hot cake all over the age-group cricket and also he has recently got his debut in the IPL (Indian Premier League) for Rajasthan Royals. Although mainly he is acknowledged for his T20 brilliance, the U19 Asia Cup proved to be the right platform for him to showcase his patience and mastery in the 50-over format. His knock not only proved his power hitting but also showed his calmness under pressure.
