According to the sources of PTI, official sources, multiple security agencies such as Delhi Police, intelligence units, and central armed forces are all on high alert. The officials informed that an elaborate security net has been set up covering the movements and activities of Putin in the capital city. Although there is a detailed itinerary, the exact place of his accommodation has not been disclosed due to security protocols being followed. What are the security arrangements? The sources revealed that all the involved agencies have been directed to perform continuous real-time monitoring during the entire visit. “From the time he arrives to when he departs, every movement of the President of Russia will be observed by various agencies,” an official commented to PTI. The entire security arrangement will be under the surveillance of top officers of the Delhi Police, which encompasses traffic management, route clearing, and protecting all the spots on the movement map. The spots indicated in the itinerary will be cleared beforehand, and the public might be notified about the possible restrictions to reduce inconvenience.
