Saiyaara Set for OTT Release After Box Office Success Streaming Date Revealed
Director Mohit Suri’s film Saiyaara created a massive buzz at the box office after its theatrical release on July 18, winning audience hearts with its gripping story and soulful music. The film is still running in cinemas but may soon face competition from big releases like War 2 and Coolie hitting theaters on August 14. However, fans who haven’t watched it yet will soon be able to enjoy it at home, as the film is set to arrive on OTT soon.
When and Where Will Saiyaara Stream?
While the makers have not made an official announcement, casting director Shanoo Sharma has confirmed the OTT release through her Instagram story. She shared a post from OTTFlix stating that Saiyaara will stream on Netflix from September 12, 2025. This update has fueled speculation that the digital release is just weeks away.
Strong Performance Despite Competition
Despite tough competition from upcoming big-budget films like Ajay Devgn’s Son of Sardar 2 and Triptii Dimri Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer Dhadak 2, Saiyaara has maintained a strong hold at the box office, breaking several records along the way.
A Record-Breaking Debut
The film marked the debut of Ahaan Panday and Anit Padda, both of whom have received immense praise for their performances. Produced by Aditya Chopra under the YRF banner, Saiyaara has become the highest-grossing debut actors’ film in Indian cinema history, earning over ₹500 crore worldwide, including ₹315 crore net from India alone.
