Kawasaki India has launched the 2025 Z H2 and Z H2 SE motorcycles in the Indian market. The Z H2 is priced at ₹24.18 lakh, while the Z H2 SE is priced at ₹28.59 lakh (ex-showroom). Both models have seen a price hike compared to their predecessors. While the two motorcycles are largely similar, the SE version comes equipped with more premium hardware.
Colors for 2025 Models
For 2025, the powerful, supercharged hypernaked Z H2 SE is available in Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray/Mirror Coated Black, whereas the standard model is offered in Emerald Blazed Green/Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray/Metallic Diablo Black color options.
Engine Power
Both the Kawasaki Z H2 and Z H2 SE are powered by a 998cc, inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine equipped with a supercharger. The engine produces 197.2 bhp at 11,000 rpm and 137 Nm of torque at 8,500 rpm. This motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring a slip and assist clutch along with Kawasaki’s bi-directional quick shifter, which operates efficiently above 2,500 rpm.
Hardware Specifications
The motorcycles are built on a trellis frame made of high-tensile steel. The suspension setup includes:
- Front Suspension: Showa Separate Function Forks with adjustable compression, rebound damping, and spring preload adjustability.
- Rear Suspension: Gas-charged shock absorbers with adjustable rebound damping and spring preload.
- Z H2 SE Exclusive: Kawasaki’s Electronic Control Suspension combined with Showa’s Skyhook Technology for superior comfort and handling.
Braking System
Both bikes feature a twin 320mm front disc and a single 260mm rear rotor.
- Z H2: Equipped with Brembo M4.32 monoblock calipers and a Nissin master cylinder.
- Z H2 SE: Features high-spec Brembo Stylema monoblock calipers and a Brembo front master cylinder for enhanced braking performance.
