Maruti Suzuki has launched the Swift Blitz Edition in India, a special edition of its popular hatchback aimed at boosting sales during the festive season. After launching special edition versions of the Grand Vitara SUV and Baleno premium hatchback, the company has now introduced this limited edition of the Swift.

Complimentary Accessory Package

The new Maruti Suzuki Swift Blitz Edition offers its potential customers a complimentary accessory package worth ₹39,500. This accessory package brings cosmetic updates and new features to the well-loved hatchback, enhancing its overall appeal.

Look and Design

The Maruti Suzuki Swift Blitz Edition is available in two variants – VXi and VXi (O). In addition to the standard equipment available in the regular version of the hatchback, the special edition comes with an accessory package that includes grill garnish, LED fog lamps, and underbody spoilers for the front, rear, and sides. The Blitz Edition also features body cladding, a window frame kit, door visors, and a black roof spoiler as part of its exclusive accessory package.

Interior and Features

Inside the cabin, the Swift Blitz Edition comes with specially designed seat covers and floor mats, which are not available in the standard version of the Swift. The special edition hatchback also offers a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, and several other features depending on the variant.

Engine Power and Gearbox

The changes made through the accessory package are purely cosmetic and feature-based. Mechanically, there are no modifications in the special edition, and it remains the same as the regular version of the Swift. The Maruti Suzuki Swift Blitz Edition is available with both petrol-only and petrol-CNG powertrain options. The 1.2-liter, three-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine delivers 82 bhp of peak power and 112 Nm of maximum torque. The engine is paired with either a five-speed manual gearbox or a five-speed AMT unit.
