Itel has launched a new 5G smartphone, the A95, in the Indian market, targeting the budget segment. The company has equipped the device with several artificial intelligence (AI) features, including AI assistance through Aivana. Users will also have access to features like grammar check, text generation, content search, and object recognition.
The Itel A95 comes in two storage variants: the 4GB RAM variant is priced at ₹9,599, while the 6GB RAM variant is priced at ₹9,999. This makes it the most affordable 5G smartphone with AI features in this price range.
The phone has an IP54 rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and water. Additionally, if the screen gets damaged due to a fall, Itel will replace it free of charge.

Design: The back panel of the phone features Itel’s Vivid Color Technology, which changes color when exposed to sunlight, creating a unique and stylish design. The phone is available in green, black, and yellow colors.

Performance: Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G processor, the Itel A95 offers virtual RAM support. This means it comes with 4GB of physical RAM and an additional 4GB of virtual RAM in the 4GB variant, or 6GB of physical RAM with 6GB of virtual RAM in the 6GB variant. It includes 128GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card, and runs on Android 14. The phone supports 10 5G bands, ensuring faster internet speeds.
Camera: The A95 features a 50MP triple rear camera setup with AI capabilities, and an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Battery and Charging: The phone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, providing long-lasting battery life.
