Triumph Motorcycles launched the 2025 Speed Twin 900 in India on Monday, December 23, 2024. Priced at ₹8.89 lakh (ex-showroom), this new bike features a sporty design and several aesthetic upgrades. The price is approximately ₹40,000 higher than the previous model. It comes to the Indian market two months after its global launch.
Color Options
The bike is available in three color options:
- Pure White (with blue and orange stripes)
- Phantom Black (with dark grey stripes and gold highlights)
- Aluminum Silver (with red-framed Triumph logo)
Bookings and Availability
Bookings for the bike are already open, and it will be available for test rides at dealerships by the end of this month.
Engine Power and Riding Modes
The 2025 Speed Twin 900 retains its 900cc engine, delivering 64 BHP at 7,500 RPM and 80 Nm of torque at 3,800 RPM. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox and offers two riding modes – Road and Rain. Additionally, cruise control is available as an accessory.
Design Updates
The new version features several design enhancements:
- Upside-down forks
- Sport-style mudguards
- Fork protectors
- Fabricated aluminum swingarm
- Piggy-back rear suspension units
- Sleek rear frame with compact tail-light
The bench seat is now 780mm long and slimmer, providing greater comfort during cornering.
Features
Key features include a new TFT instrument cluster displaying revs, speed, and gear information. It offers Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, call and music access, and a USB-C socket for smartphone charging.
