To ensure a flawless voter list and that no eligible voter is deprived of their voting rights, the Election Commission has announced a special program. Under the Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls, dedicated campaign days will be organized across Gujarat on November 17, 23, and 24.
An Excellent Opportunity for Young Voters
Youngsters who turn 18 between January 1 and October 1, 2025, have a golden chance to register as voters. On these campaign days, booth-level officers will be present at all polling stations from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the required forms to facilitate registrations.
Youth who qualify on the eligibility date of January 1, 2025, can register as voters during this campaign. Additionally, those completing 18 years of age between January 1 and October 1, 2025, can submit advance applications to get their names added during the relevant quarter.
Services Available During the Campaign
- Register as a voter.
- Make corrections or updates to existing voter details.
- Remove names of ineligible voters.
Extended Facilities Beyond Campaign Days
Even beyond the special campaign days, voters can verify and update their details in the voter list until November 28, 2025, by visiting:
- District Collector’s office,
- Electoral Registration Officer’s office, or
- Mamlatdar’s office.
These locations will also facilitate family members to check and update their voter details or submit necessary applications.
