Kangana Ranaut’s last release “Panga” may not have performed on the box-office as expected but it hasn’t affected the actress and she is working pretty hard for her next movie “Thalaivi”.

Biopic of Jayalalithaa

“Thalaivi” is based on the life-story of southern actress and politician J. Jayalalithaa and Kangana is leaving no stone unturned in preparing for the challenging role. Today is the birth anniversary of J. Jayalalithaa and the makers of “Thalaivi” found it perfect occasion to release the new poster of the flick. In the poster, Kangana looked like a photocopy of J. Kangana’s dedication

Prosthetics are being used for the makeup of the actress and Kangana’s sister Rangoli Chandel has also revealed that Kangana has gained 15 kg weight for the role. Well, Kangana has always tried to give her best whether she played the role of a fickle minded girl in “Tanu Weds Manu”, a revolutionary in “Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi” or the character of a Kabaddi player who wants to make a comeback, which she played in her latest release “Panga”.
