Celebration of 23 Years of Comprehensive Development in Gujarat Under the Leadership of Shri Narendra Modi Kicks Off with Vikas Saptah

District Collector Dr. Saurabh Pardhi and Senior Officials Take the Bharat Vikas Pledge to Fulfill Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Vision of a Developed India


 

Surat (Gujarat) [India]: On October 7, 2001, Shri Narendra Modi took the oath as Gujarat’s 14th Chief Minister and transformed the state’s trajectory of development. Under his leadership, Gujarat has witnessed a global, comprehensive development journey from 2001 to 2024. As part of celebrating this 23-year success story, which involved public participation, the “Vikas Saptah” has commenced from October 7 to October 15, beginning with the Bharat Vikas Pledge.

At the District Collector’s office, District Collector Dr. Saurabh Pardhi, Resident Deputy Collector Vijay Rabari, and other district administrative officials and staff took part in the collective reading of the “Bharat Vikas Pledge.” The pledge reflects Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for building a developed India, and those who took the pledge affirmed their commitment to contributing wholeheartedly to the nation’s progress in thoughts, words, and actions.

  • I will devote my mind, words, and actions to fulfill Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India. By making “Nation First” my life’s mantra, I will work relentlessly for the development and welfare of my country.
