The ex-showroom pricing for the BYD eMAX7 is as follows:
- Premium variant (6-seater): ₹26.90 lakh
- Premium variant (7-seater): ₹27.50 lakh
- Superior variant (6-seater): ₹29.30 lakh
- Superior variant (7-seater): ₹29.90 lakh
Pre-bookings for the MPV were already open for ₹51,000. The company is offering an 8-year warranty on the battery, motor, and motor controller, along with 6 years of roadside assistance and a 7kW home charger.
Competitors
While the BYD eMAX7 is currently the only electric MPV in its segment, its pricing puts it in competition with traditional MPVs like the Toyota Innova and Toyota Innova Hycross, which are priced between ₹20-30 lakh. It may also face competition from models like the Mahindra XUV 700.
