During a press conference, SJMA President Vijaybhai Savaliya shared that national and international B2B buyers will participate in the exhibition. The primary objective of the event is to provide a global platform for the jewelry manufacturing industry. Additionally, it aims to act as a bridge for trade between the diamond industry, lab-grown diamond sector, and other industries.
Surat, already a leader in diamond cutting and polishing, is making strides in jewelry manufacturing as well. With easy access to diamonds for embedding, this exhibition is poised to drive industrial growth and offer vast business opportunities to entrepreneurs, added Mr. Savaliya.
SJMA Vice President Amit Kora stated that SJMA is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting development in the jewelry segment by coordinating with the government. It connects manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers, and buyers, keeping the diamond and jewelry industry aligned with global trends. The Roots Exhibition offers a unique platform for B2B and B2C networking, forging new business relationships, and exploring innovative jewelry techniques and machinery.
SJMA Secretary Vijay Dhani, Joint Secretary Kishore Vaghasia, former President Kalpesh Vaghasia, and other officials of the association were present during the occasion.
