With a diploma in dance from Bharti University and a Level 3 trainer certification, he channeled this belief into action by co-founding Pace Creators Dance Academy, now one of India’s most dynamic dance institutions.

In 2014, he choreographed for a hit dance reality show on Colors Kannada, sharing the stage with popular stars like Neha Gowda and Vinayak Joshi. He also showcased his talent in Tollywood’s Bombay Colony, blending storytelling with technical mastery.
Dancing Super Star: Ranjan Nayak’s National Stage
In 2016, Ranjan Nayak, Indian choreographer, took a leap of faith and founded Dancing Super Star—India’s largest grassroots-level dance reality show. What began as a personal mission to uplift hidden talent has become a national phenomenon.
Over six successful seasons, the show has conducted auditions in more than 15 cities, drawing over 500 participants per season and attracting thousands of spectators. Each grand finale, held in Visakhapatnam, celebrates the spirit of Indian dance and community.
