Now, the makers have officially revealed Shri Leela’s look for the song, making an official announcement. In the first part of the film, the item song ‘U Antava’ featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu became a huge hit. This time, Shri Leela’s item song is titled ‘Kisik’.
It is noteworthy that this item song was initially offered to Shraddha Kapoor. However, after the success of Stree 2, Shraddha reportedly demanded a very high fee, which led the makers to drop her from the project. Meanwhile, there was growing speculation that Shri Leela would be performing the song, and now it has been confirmed.
The film’s team shared a poster of Shri Leela’s look from the song on social media, which quickly went viral. Many fans expressed excitement, stating they were eager to see the song.
On the other hand, fans of Samantha Ruth Prabhu have voiced disappointment that she was not given a chance in the second part. They claimed that no one could replace her iconic ‘U Antava’ song, and no other song could match the craze it generated. The film is set to release on December 5th.
