Raghav Budhraja, founder of PeakPals, believes the key lies in mastering real business skills like marketing, systems, leadership, growth loops, and partnerships. “Even trainers with 200k followers reach out to me for jobs,” he says. “Followers don’t guarantee freedom, skills do.”
Launched with a bold promise, “Lose 8–12 kg in 2 months or it’s free,” PeakPals quickly became a name people couldn’t ignore. Beyond workouts and diets, the brand solved every roadblock people face on their fitness journey: grocery lists, meal prep, PCOS-friendly plans, sleep routines, therapy guidance, and even skin, hair, and gut health. The goal was simple: to make transformation fast, easy, and lasting.
But PeakPals’ growth wasn’t built on random social media posting. Instead, Raghav focused on distribution and partnerships, leveraging 100+ collaborations, 250+ ad campaigns yearly, referral offers, automated funnels, and CRM retargeting. By expanding market by market, first Noida, then Delhi, then Indian communities abroad, the brand created powerful network effects and word-of-mouth growth.
The business model rests on four levers: reach, pricing, frequency, and cost. PeakPals charges more by solving everything, driving renewals through subscriptions, upsells, and bonuses, while keeping margins healthy through tech-enabled delivery. The result is an online fitness concierge that scales without breaking cost or culture.
Raghav’s journey to PeakPals wasn’t easy. Growing up obese, he fought to become a footballer, only to face career-ending knee injuries. After a brief stint in the stock markets and losing it all, he found purpose in fitness and in building a community. “That’s why PeakPals exists,” he says. “It’s about hitting your peak with the right people around you.”
As for what’s next, Raghav is gearing up for AI and fitness ventures in 2026. “If you’re building something with viral potential, let’s talk,” he says.
