Makwana Krishna Secures Fourth Place in National Painting Competition Organized by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government of India

Surat: The National Painting Competition – 2024, organized by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government of India, saw participation from 8.5 million students across the country. The best three students from each state were selected for the competition.

Among the top students from Gujarat, Makwana Krishna, a student from Shri Swaminarayan Gurukul Vidyalay – Ved Road, Surat, secured the first position and was selected for the national level competition. Krishna achieved a remarkable fourth position at the national level, earning a tablet and a cash prize of ₹15,000, which was presented by the Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar.

Shri Swaminarayan Gurukul’s head, P.P. Sadguru Dharmvallabh Dasji Swami, and the art teacher, Prajapati Praveenbhai, congratulated Krishna for his outstanding achievement. The entire school family, including Acharya Shri Arvindbhai Thesia, Dharmeshbhai Saliya, and all the teachers, extended their heartfelt congratulations to Krishna and his family.
