Himachal Pradesh 14 February. Senior litterateur and educationist from Aligarh, decorated with Bharat Vibhushan, lyricist Dr. Avnish Rahi was decorated with “Rashtriya Gaurav Sahitya Shree Samman-2025” Himachal Pradesh for his incomparable contribution in the promotion of language, literature and culture. For this special honour, a grand programme was organised at Radisson Blue five star hotel in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, in which Hon’ble Governor of Himachal Pradesh Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla honoured lyricist Dr. Avnish Rahi by giving him a shawl, memento and citation and the title of “Rashtriya Gaurav Sahitya Shree Samman-2025” Himachal Pradesh.
On this occasion, the chief guest Himachal Pradesh Governor said that the literature of the people’s poet lyricist Dr. Avnish Rahi who is spreading the fragrance of his literature at the national and international level is like drops of dew which is satiating the thirsty desert of every mind. We hope that Dr. Rahi will continue to use his pen in the interest of society and the nation.
Indo-Canada Chairman Nilesh Lodha from the Jain community said that the role of litterateurs is very special in today’s environment. In this context, the literature of litterateur Dr. Avnish Rahi is a mirror of the present society. In which the reflection of every person’s mind is seen.
Lyricist Dr. Avnish Rahi dedicated this honour to his father litterateur Amar Singh Rahi, his Aligarh residents as well as all litterateurs and penmen.
In the program organized under the banner of Caz Brain Private Limited Mumbai Maharashtra, renowned personalities from various art fields from all over India including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan participated.
It should be known that lyricist Dr. Avnish Rahi, who is lecturer at Hiralal Barhasaini Inter College, Aligarh, was recently honored with the national award “Bharat Vibhushan” by Delhi Legislative Assembly Speaker Honorable Ram Niwas Goyal ji in the Delhi Legislative Assembly, while Bollywood film actress Bhagyashree also honored him with “Sahitya Shiromani Shabd-Samman”.
