CID Files Complaint Against Surat Builders Manhar Kakadia, Naresh Shah, Loknath Gambhir, and Prakash Aswani in Multi-Million Fraudulent Land Deal
A complaint has been filed by the CID Crime against prominent builders from Surat, including Manhar Kakadia, Naresh Shah, Loknath Gambhir, and Prakash Aswani. The complaint concerns a land dispute located on Dumus Road, opposite Surat Airport. The land, identified as being in a “Silent Zone,” is a 5 lakh square feet plot, and the builders are accused of creating fraudulent documents for its illegal acquisition.
The complaint alleges that duplicate property cards were created to gain control of the land. These builders are said to have formed a company called Samruddhi Corporation to purchase the land in question.
Despite these builders having significant political influence, CID Crime in Gandhinagar has formally filed the complaint, marking a new chapter in this ongoing legal battle. The case has been tangled in various legal disputes over the years, but with the latest filing, the investigation into the fraudulent activities is now intensifying.
