BMW Motorrad has introduced the 2025 range of its BMW M 1000 and BMW S 1000 motorcycles in the global market. This new lineup includes the M 1000 RR, S 1000 RR, M 1000 R, and S 1000 R, all featuring both cosmetic and mechanical upgrades. These bikes are expected to hit the Indian market next year.
BMW M 1000 RR
- The latest version of the BMW M 1000 RR is more powerful than its predecessor, with the capacity to generate 215 bhp—an increase of 5 bhp. This enhancement is due to modifications in the bike’s engine, as well as a redesigned port and chamber size.
- The engine mount is new, and the throttle now has a shorter stroke. The bike includes Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) with a new slide control function, using a steering angle sensor to enable acceleration drift.
- For braking, it features ABS Pro with a Brake Slide Assist function and ABS Pro Slick setting, enhancing safety. Additionally, it has a redesigned fairing with new M winglets, and plastic fairings for the front wheel cover and engine spoiler.
BMW S 1000 RR
- The S 1000 RR now includes new winglets, standard Pro riding modes, and an M short-stroke throttle. The side fairing has also been redesigned. Additionally, it comes with new front wheel covers featuring brake ducts for improved performance.
BMW M 1000 R
- This bike features a dual-flow LED headlight, winglets, and new clutch/generator covers. The rear frame and swing arm are coated in platinum gray, and it also comes with an M short-stroke throttle.
BMW S 1000 R
- The BMW S 1000 R now includes a dual-flow LED headlight, engine drag torque control, an optimized shift assistant, shorter final drive ratio, and an intelligent emergency call feature.
- It also includes a USB-C charging socket for mobile devices. This bike now generates 168 bhp, an improvement of 4 bhp compared to the previous version.
With these new models, BMW has enhanced the performance and features, offering a thrilling riding experience for motorcycle enthusiasts.
